Enforcing Your IP Without Being a Bully

Earlier this summer, the University of Texas sent a cease and desist letter to Donut Taco Palace 1, a local donut shop in Austin. The university took offense at the donut shop's “Longhorn” donut, which is made to resemble the Hook ‘Em Horns design that is affiliated with the school and its sports teams.
